1 patrol tent per patrol or six

Instructions

For scouts ensure each patrol has 2 members that have pitched a patrol tent before - if some scouts absent may require swapping patrol members for this activity.
For cubs ensure minimum of 1 leader and 1 young leader with a six.

Scouts/ cubs pitch their patrol tent. Let new members go inside once tent is pitched.
Same patrol/six take tents down and pack away. This should be well supervised to ensure packed away properly. If tents are wet get them hung in scout hall to dry before packing away.

When patrols become proficient at pitching tent have 2 patrols race against each other.
