Aim of Badge:
One of the targets of the UN Sustainable Development Goal 12 is to ensure that people everywhere have the relevant information and awareness for sustainable development and lifestyles in harmony with nature by 2030. There are 5 activities in this badge.
Activities 1 and 2 are compulsory. Complete one of the three optional activities 3-5.
Introduction
Activity No.1: What is a good plastic or bad plastic is compulsory. This activity is to help the Ladybirds to be able to identify reusable plastics and single-use plastics.
Instructions
Explain the difference between single-use and reusable plastics to the Ladybirds, using the pictures as examples ask them to point out which ones are “good” and which ones are “bad”.
