Fun and easy strategy game

Newspapers

Instructions

1. Each person has a sheet of newspaper. They should roll this up to make it into a sword.
2. Once everyone has done this, pair up and let battle commence.
3. The objective is to strike your opponents limbs. Once your limb is hit you loose that ability (e.g. if your leg is hit, you would have to hop. If you lose both hands you would have hold the newspaper in your mouth).
4. After half the group have won, run a second round - winners v winners, runner ups v runner ups - a knockout style tournament if you like.
5. Continue until there are 2 players left - at which point everyone can stop and watch the final.

It is even more challenging to keep the same newspaper sword throughout each round! And it also makes a very funny final to watch.
