- What might green represent (trees)?
- What might yellow represent (beaches)?
- How might Blackbeard portray paths (bridleways & footpaths)?
- The island might have other features
- cliffs
- solitary trees
- marsh
- Fort (playground boundary fence)
- There might be dangerous areas ("Here be dragons")!
- Mark the treasure

Get the Beavers to draw their own map of an imaginary treasure island including some of the features above.

Explain next week we will be in the park and ask Beavers what equipment they think that they and the adults will need to take with them.

Week 2
