Players divide into 3 teams, each witha quarter to defend.
Teams stand in their quarters.

The aim is to get other players out, last team standing wins

Instructions

Divide the room into four quarters
Players divide into 4 teams, each with a quarter to defend.
Teams stand in their quarters.

To get people out, a ball is hit using hands/fists, below knee height, into another quarter.
If the ball hits another player below the knees, they are out and must stand on the edge of the area. Players can dodge incoming balls from other teams by jumping, side-stepping or deflecting.

A hit above the the knee does not count.

If a ball goes over someones head, leaders shout "over head height" and the player who hit the ball is out.

When there are only 2 teams remaining, the game pauses and players move into 2 opposing quarters (they may have been in diagonal quarters)
All "out" players surround the outside of these 2 quarters.

Then the "final" begins, and the remaining 2 teams must battle it out (same rules - below the knee) to win the game
