Instructions

Begin the night by setting up the presentation to play on a loop
Setup a playlist of greek music to play in the background
Setup tables for eating the Meze meal
Setup tarpaulin for the plate smashing ceremony
Setup the party game

When ready, all take a seat and watch a few slides on the powerpoint, to get us into the greek spirit.
Begin the meal with a toast - "Ya Mas" (Your Health) and "Oppa" (Multifunction word)
Each explorer will share a fact that they have brought, on greek culture - be it history, politics, music, movies, geography - whatever
About 1/2 way through the meal, stop for a couple of greek themed party games (Achilles Heel and "Icarus don't fly too close to the sun")
Finish the meal
Greek plate smashing ceremony

Then cleanup time
