Instructions

Introduction / Icebreakers
Get the Brownies to find an item in their house that I call out (5 minutes)

Activity 1
Teach Poverty Terms, “Developed/Developing World”, “Four Income Level”, “Extreme Poverty”, “Relative Poverty” use counters to show different income levels. (25 minutes)

Activity 2
Off Zoom activity: make a poster raising awareness about poverty (25 minutes)

Debrief/Discussion
Discuss what we talked about in our session show off your posters play true or false (15 minutes)
