Introduction / Icebreakers
Introduction, brief description of who Juliette Lowe was and Waggs leadership mindsets. Ice breaker, everyone introduce themselves and name someone they look up to as a leader. Brief discussion on what makes a good leader and compare number of male v female leaders and if gender has an impact on what we perceive as good leadership.
Activity 1
I am A collection of statements beginning with I am, I have, I can etc. E.g. I am comfortable with making decisions, I am able to work well as a team, this can be done on kahoot as a poll to keep tally of agree versus disagree. Repeat this at the end of the workshop and see if it has changed.
Activity 2
Leadership Coat of arms! Draw your coat of arms using the 6 leadership mindsets and incorporate them into a coat of arms that best shows the mindsets and values that they think are most important as a leader. This can be done off camera and participants will be given around 30 minutes to complete this task and are invited to share their coat of arms with the group if they like.
Debrief/Discussion
Discuss if this has helped develop leadership mindsets within participants. Ask the floor if they have any questions.
Declaration of intention going forward. “From here on out I will let go of __________ and embrace __________. I will honor my _________ and love my _________. I will stand up and share my ________ with the world. From now I will remember that I AM GREAT.
