Instructions
Set out chairs in rows of 3 one behind the other. 1 per cub. Numbered off and called 'lockers'
Start off with the rhyme: 'My name is Captain Beaky and I'm looking for my friend Hissing Sid. I think he is in Locker X.
Locker X then stands up together and say: He's not in Locker X, he's in locker Y.
But. If they have paused, hesitated or not said it all together (and agreed the number) they will be sent to the back row. All other rows move forward one row and change locker number.
The aim is to get to the front row and manage to stay there.
Whenever a row moves to the back, start off again with the initial rhyme, otherwise Locker Number Y will repeat the rhyme choosing another locker until a locker heads to the back.
It takes a few goes to get in the rhythm and then speeds up when they know what they are doing.
