Description

Beavers assemble a website by laying out a cut-up-screenshot of a website.

They then add their own logo/graphic to it.

Resources

A few websites, screenshotted, printed, and cut out (e.g. cut out the menu area, the footer, and any blocks on the page).
Paper cut into smaller squares to be used as the website logo, and pencils/pens/etc.

Instructions

Talk about website layouts (e.g. menus are typically at the top or left, main area in the middle, and all the random links at the bottom).

Give the beavers the cut-out-websites and let them make their own website using the cut-outs.

Give the beavers a square of paper and ask them to draw a logo for the website and put it on their website.
