DIY Christmas Pinecone Gnome

Resources

* Pinecones
* white paint
* craft glue and scissors
* red felt or fabric
* wooden beads or pom-poms for the nose

Instructions

1. Give each Brownie a pinecone.
2. The girls paint the top part of the pinecone white. The bottom of the pinecone becomes the face, so they need to leave that part natural. The white is to represent the beard.
3. For the hat, the Brownies cut a long triangle out of the red felt.
4. The felt hat must be secured to the pinecone with craft glue and allowed to dry.
5. Then the Brownies can add their gnome’s nose to the top of the beard. They can use wooden beads or a pom-pom.
