Introduction:
Being able to recognise our feelings is very important. It helps us to understand why we are happy or sad etc. Going forward we are then in a position to learn ways to help us to deal with our feelings.

Instructions:
It is advisable to watch the YouTube link before the guide meeting. It is 3 minutes long.
Ask the guides to watch the YouTube video –
The Leader will need to pause the video to let the Guides guessthe different feelings.
Note: The feelings included in the video are: Happy, Sad, Angry, Disgusted and Scared.
