Make Yoghurt

Full fat milk 500ml
Bio yoghurt teaspoon
saucepan & Stove or microwave
Thermometer
jars with lids
Flavourings
Instructions
Heat the milk in the saucepan to 180 F let milk cool to 110 F. Add a teaspoon of bio yoghurt and stir gently. Put mixture into the jars and stir undisturbed in a warm place or wrap in a towel. Yoghurt should be ready between 8 to 24 hrs depending how thick you like it. Add any flavouring eg strawberry jam to flavour your yoghurt and eat.
