Access to a youtube video with calming music
Instructions
If it is light outside lie or sit beneath a tree.
Observe the branches and the leaves, listen to the wind rustling the leaves.
While you're listening think about the people in your life you are grateful for and why.
When you're ready draw a tree, on the branches write the people you are grateful for.
Have a follow group discussion:
Why are you grateful to these people?
How does being grateful help your wellbeing?
