Description
Navigation Exercise - Scouts travel blindfold to an open space. Once dropped they must work out where they are and navigate to one or more locations. Materials included work for Richmond Park in south west London but can be used as a template for other Troops to prepare their own version.

Mobile per walking group if walking unaccompanied
Instructions
Preparation - instructions for Scouts are printed on a single page then guillotined and the bottom half (Scout emergency/ onward instructions) placed in a sealed envelope.
Give each walking group their resources at Hall and give them time to read and understand them.
Answer any questions they may have.
Goto transport: Scouts don blindfolds (scarves will do).
Drive to start locations and drop groups at each.
Collect and debrief at end point.
