Hobby craft link has the basic recipe and how to instructions:
1) Start by chopping/breaking the chocolate and placing it into a heatproof bowl and put in the microwave, Give it 30 seconds at a time, then stir, Repeat until melted and runny. Its faster and safer than melting over hot water.
2) Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, and once the chocolate has melted, Each child uses a spoon to create circular discs of chocolate. if sharing a tray write their names on the greaseproof so you know who each one belongs to
3) Leave to set for a minute or so and then place your lollipop stick into the chocolate making sure that it gets fully covered.- add a little more chocolate on top if needed
4) Add decorations- not too many, and put into a fridge to set.
Serve the hot chocolate lollipops with a mug of warm milk, then simply add in the lollipop and stir until fully incorporated.
