Resources
1. Ziploc bags - sandwich bag size for individual serving.
2. Baking tins/foil OR clean stick
3. Per bag:
1/2 cup self raising flour
1/4 cup water
Pinch of salt
Note: if using plain flour, add 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder to every 1 cup of plain flour
Instructions
Each person takes one ziploc bag and adds the ingredients listed.
Carefully seal the bag, ensuring that excess air is removed.
Knead/mush the bag until well combined. If dough is too sticky, add extra flour until not too tacky. Consistency should be like a very soft playdough.
Dust the baking tins (or use foil squares) with extra flour.
Carefully turn the bag inside out to place the dough into the baking tins/foil squares - try to get a circular shape, not too flat.
If using sticks to bake over campfire, form dough into a long rope and wrap it around the stick.
Bake in oven at 200C fan forced, approximately 15-20 minutes until lightly golden and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Or cook over fire until lightly golden.
Enjoy warm with topping of choice!
