N/S/E/W style game to reinforce the main food groups as set out by the NHS.

Instructions

Prior to the game, recap with the Cubs the main food groups as detailed by the NHS.

The room is to be split into sections (similar to N/S/E/W game), each wall or corner representing one of the main food groups. These can be labelled using posters or post it notes (Fats and Oils can be centre of the room).

Game leader to then shout out a food (for example, baked beans) and the Cubs run to the area of the room representing the correct food group.
