Description

A full international badge evening where beavers will learn about other countries, complete puzzles and try new food.

Resources

- 4 tables and enough chairs for everyone.
- Passport printouts.
- pens or pencils.
- Plates to distribute food from

- 4 pre-selected countries.
- Either printout flags to be stuck into the passports or different coloured pens for country names to be written by leaders.
- 2-3 types of food from each country (checking allergy requirements for the section).
- printed Images from those countries that have been cut into puzzles.

A sheet containing
- How to say hello in each countries language.
- 1 extra multiple choice question about the country.
- the answer for what the image in the puzzle is.
- The name of the Beavers section in each country and what their uniform is.

Instructions

-Setup the 4 tables at the corners off the hall with enough chairs each for a leader and the biggest lodge.
-Have a leader on each table with their answer sheet, puzzle image and food.
-Start the night by explaining the international badge to the beavers and that they will be traveling around the world tonight for it, then giving them their passports.
-Assign a lodge to each station and give them 10 minutes per country to do all the activities and have a conversation about the country.
-Before they move onto the next country have the leaders put a sticker in their passport or sign it off.
-Repeat for all 4 countries.

If time is left at the end, beavers can decorate their passports
