A fun way to find out what activities the Young People have liked in the past and what they want to do in the future.

Resources

Sheets with each individual letter of the alphabet on.

Instructions

1, Stick the sheets with the letters on around the hall.

2. Think of questions to ask the Young People. If you are doing this as a pack forum; you may use questions such as:- What is the best thing you have done with Scouts? or What would you like to do with Scouts this year?

3. Get everyone to stand in the middle of the room. Ask the questions and tell the YP they have five seconds to go the letter which starts their answer. If more then 1 person chooses the same letter they should stand in a queue by the letter in the order that they arrived.

4. Ask everyone their answer. People stood at the same letter must give different answers are are asked in the order they arrived at the letter.

5. Give a point to the six of each member who gives a valid answer. Only allow a few seconds for them to come up with their answer before moving on the the next person.

6. Once everyone has given their answers. Take down the letters that have been used and repeat the activity.
