Pioneering poles rope and oil drums

4 blue drums
2 staves
4 ropes

Instructions

using only the equipment provided build a raft to cross a river or lake

Position the barrels and tie with figure 8 knots and a clove hitches
then take a stave in the middle of the barrells and position under the rope
Role the stave to the side of the barrel and repeat with the other stave to the other side
this tightens the raft to stop it falling apart
