Coffee Filters
White card
Black card
Glue sticks
Felt tips
Spray water bottles
Scissors

Instructions

Use the felt tips to colour the coffee filter different patches of colours, don't worry about covering it completely.
Spray the coffee filter with water until it is wet all over but not dripping, you will be able to see the colours start to blend.
Place the coffee filter between two pieces of card and leave to dry slightly.
The card should have patterns from the coffee filter on it, these can be cut out into shapes to create the aliens.
Use the rest of the card to make features for your aliens.
