Report Copyright Infringement View in OSM UK
Description
A fun, energetic game that shows how bees work together and pollinate plants.
Resources
- Plastic flowers or balls to represent pollen
- A whistle to signal the start of the race
Instructions
1. Set Up: Create a relay race course with two teams. At one end, place a basket with plastic flowers or balls representing pollen.
2. Rules: Explain that each Beaver must 'pollinate' by running to the basket, picking a flower, and returning without dropping it.
3. Starting: The first Beaver runs to the basket, retrieves a flower, then races back to tag the next Beaver.
4. Continuing the Race: Each team continues until all members have completed the relay.
5. Discuss: After the relay, discuss how bees help plants grow by pollinating and why this is important for our environment.
