Large Tarpaulin
Mops
Washing up liquid
Water
Ball pool ball/ sponge

Instructions

1) Set up the playing area (Lay out the tarpaulin)
2) Place goals at each end of the area (cones)
3) Make the surface slippery (use washing up liquid and water) - Not TOO slippy
4) Explain the rules
- Use the mop to push, pass or hit the ball - no lifting or swinging mops above the waist
- Stay within the playing areas
- Keep control of the "ball" and avoid rough play
- Socks and shoes need to be removed to play
5) Split into small teams (of a similar age and size)
6) Rotate teams regularly
