Instructions

DISTRIBUTION:
- Hand out a headset to participants
- Show them how to turn it on and off
- Explain how to change volume
- Explain how to switch channels
- Remind them to return the headset at the end.

SAFETY BRIEFING:
Let participants know:
- Be aware of others (especially when dancing)
- Keep headset volume at a safe level
- No running or rough play
- Find a leader if they need help

DURING EVENT:
- Monitor volume levels and crowd behaviour
- Walk around to engage with paricipants and check for issues
