2. Start with light jogging around the area for 2-3 minutes to increase heart rates.
3. Introduce dynamic stretches such as:
-Arm circles (forward and backward for 30 seconds each)
-Leg swings (forward and sideways for 30 seconds each leg)
-High knees (30 seconds)
-Butt kicks (30 seconds)
4. Finish with static stretches focusing on major muscle groups, holding each for about 15-20 seconds (shoulders, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves).

Potential Risks:
- Muscle strains - Ensure all Scouts warm up properly before the main activities.
-Tripping - Ensure the area is clear of obstacles and provide enough space for everyone.
-Overexertion - Monitor Scouts for signs of fatigue and encourage them to participate within their comfort levels.

Athletics Activities (60 minutes)

1. Divide Scouts into groups based on the number of leaders available.
2. Set up stations for each event:
-Sprints: Mark out a 100/200m dash using cones. Explain the rules and safety measures.
-Long Jump: Set up a jumping area with a mat and measure the distance jumped.
-Throwing (Shot Put or Soft Javelin): Designate a zone for throws and safety zones marked with cones.

3. Rotate groups through each station, allowing about 15 minutes at each activity with demonstrations and practice.
4. Give clear instructions on safety, including waiting for the signal before throwing, and ensure a safe zone behind throwers.

Potential Risks:

-Falls and sprains during running/jumping - Conduct the warm-up properly and supervise closely.
-Injuries from equipment misuse - Monitor participants closely and ensure safety zones are established.
-Fatigue - Ensure Scouts take breaks and have water available.
