Instructions
Ask the Scouts if they know any disabled celebrities who have appeared on Strictly Come Dancing and discuss thec challenges they faced. In particular discuss Rose Ayling Ellis (deaf) and Chris McCausland (blind) who have both won the competition in recent years.
Get the Scouts to split into pairs and choose one person to be blindfolded to wear ear defenders.
The Scout who is not "disabled" should choose a simple dance and then spend around 20 minutes trying to teach the dance to their "disabled" partner. Titok is an excellent source of simple dances.
Scouts will then perform their dances to a panel of Leaders/Young Leaders who will score them based on how "in sync" they were.
