Time Traveller themed Cub Sleepover (each activity is based on a different period of time)
1 night (10:30 Saturday - 12:00 Sunday)
Indoors
Rotate teams around 6 bases
Sample menu included in instructions (everyone had the main course for dinner as all dietary requirements were met, but other dishes/meals include alternatives for gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian)

10:45 - Flag break, plan, teams, and rules
11:00-12:30 - Activities - (See base plans doc) (prep for lunch)

Saturday PM
12:30 - Lunch (set up for next activity) - Midday medications
13:30-14:15 - Activities - (See base plans doc)
14:15 - Activity - Wide game (see separate doc) - Outside - set up for next activities (prep for snack)
15:15 - Snack
15:45-18:00 - Activities - (See base plans doc) (dinner prep)
18:00 - Free time/board games (clean up for dinner)
18:30 - Dinner (prep camp fire)
19:30 - Activity - Campfire (set up for film) - Outside
20:15 - Into PJs and get snack - Evening medications
20:30 - Activity - Film (any prep for morning)
22:00 - Brush teeth and move film equipment out of way
22:15 - Lights out

9:00 - Activity - 1939-1945, World War 2 Code Breaker Challenge - (See separate doc)
10:30 - Snack (set up for next activity/clear challenge equipment away)
11:00 - Activity - Snowball fight (clear what isn’t needed, clean kitchen and loos)
11:40 - Activity - Pack forum/badges/flag down
12:00 - Sign out YPs (clean Hall)
12:30 - Adults leave
