Description

Four season themed Cub Sleepover (each activity is based on a different season)
2 nights (19:00 Friday - 12:00 Sunday)
Indoors - Need a hall with a vinyl or wooden floor (we also found it helpful to have a venue with 2 large rooms)
Sample menu included in instructions (everyone had the main course for dinner as all dietary requirements were met, but other dishes/meals include alternatives for gluten free, lactose free, vegetarian)

19:00 - Activity - Winter Olympics - Table-ice hockey
19:30 - Flag break, plan, and rules
19:45 - Activity - Feb - Winter Olympics (see separate doc)
20:15 - Into PJs and get snack (set up for film) - Evening medications
20:30 - Activity - Film - Rise of the Guardians (clear game room)
22:00 - Brush teeth and move film equipment out of YP room
22:15 - Lights out

Saturday AM - Spring/Summer
7:00 - All up
7:30 - Breakfast
8:30 - Wash and kit inspection (set up for boat race)
9:00 - Activity - Mar - Oxford/Cambridge boat race (see separate doc) (set up Easter egg hunt)
