Instructions

Leader calls out activities/jobs (“Fly to space,” “Be a nurse,” “Be a footballer,” “Care for a child”).

Scouts run to side A if they think it’s “for men,” side B if “for women,” and middle if “both.”

Debrief prompts (after the running bit):

Which ones did you find tricky to decide?

Why do you think some jobs get linked more with men or women?

How do things change when people challenge those stereotypes?

What would you like to be able to do — and what can help make that possible?

Summary : all jobs are for everyone!

Reinforces takeaway message in an active, fun way.
