Description

Beavers hurry to get a face-down paper with a letter from the floor. Then they tell the leader what the letter would be in the phonetic alphabet. Short game to help memorisation.

Resources

Each letter on a piece of paper or card.

Instructions

All the letters get placed face down in a section of the floor.
Beavers take turns running over to choose a piece of paper and bring it to their leader.
They say what the letter would be in its phonetic alphabet equivalent, and the leader takes that piece of paper.
You can call as many beavers up to find a letter at the same time as you like, getting faster as the game goes on.
The round is over when the last card is picked up.
