Halloween fun Pumpkin balloon relay race
Pumpkins are heavy, so obviously they can't be lifted above the knees, also they can't run as fast, more of a shuffle from side to side.

Pumpkins (orange balloons!)
Crash mats?

Instructions

Cubs will be in sixes, arranged half on one side of the mat or room, and half on the other.
The Sixer can start with the balloon between their knees, have to go to the other side, then pass knees to knees
helping with hand is acceptable so long as the balloon stays down below
Not acceptable to pick up balloon and run then pass
Pumpkin must pass back and forth 6 times, if less than 6 Cubs then some 1 or more may have to go again.
Either all lined up if can make space, or timed.
Could be outside in fair weather whilst tables from last activity tidied away.
Could start behind cones or a line each side
