Building Halloween ghost decorations using conkers for the head.

- Conkers
- String
- Sharpie
- Hand drill bradel
- white cotton sheet
- PVA Glue
- scissors

Instructions

We split the materials across 3 table stations so that it made it easier to control and aid the young people.

1. using the hand drill place a hole through the conker
2. cut the white sheeting into a circle with fluted edge
3. add some PVA glue on the conker and stick the cloth on the conker
4. draw on the face using the sharpie
5. using the hand drill poke a hole in the top of the cloth on the conker and feed the string through the conker so it can be hung up. this works best if you do a loop.

note - Young people will need help using the hand drill and brief on the safety aspects

Note - we used fishing line on them and it made them look a bit more floating.
