Instructions

Arjan: Horse08012000
Mya: WillowbrookBubbles2015
Round 1.5
Ask Scouts to write down a secure password.
Round 2
Ask each Scout if they should tell their friends their password.
Expect them to say "No"
Now ask again and suggest added pressure by their parents, eg. "I need the password for my mum"
They should say "No"
Now ask again but add that they can always change the password afterwards
They should still say "No". Consider the damage that could be done under their identity.
Round 3
Outline methods for creating strong passwords:
* Use multiple words
* Add symbols and digits
* Minimum length
Remind users of time taken to guess passwords of various strengths. See attachment.
Round 4
Ask Scouts if they know how they can be secure.
* Do not share passwords
* Do not share personal information
* Do not re-use passwords (avoid credential stuffing)
Introduce added security vectors:
* Add a Password Manager
* 2FA using Authenticator Apps (preferably not SMS)
* Passkeys (bound to a device which can add additional authentication)
Suggest to sign up to a service like HaveIBeenP0wned.
Round 4.5
Ask Scouts to write down a secure password using everything they've learnt. How will they remember it? Will they need to?
