Team building and communication games with a Candy cane twist!

Candy canes
Plastic/ paper cups
String

Instructions

Game 1: Candy cane hunt. Hide all the candy canes around the room, the children have to find their resources.
Game 2: Candy cane zip line. Line up some cups for each pair, children stand either side of the cups holding a piece of string between them.One partner sends a Candy cane down the string and they have to work together to get it in the cup. Repeat until all the candy canes are in the cups.
Game 3: Candy cane drop. Put a cup on the floor next to a table.One partner stands on one side of the table with a candy cane attached to some string. The other partner stands on the other side of the table and has to guide their partner to ge the candy cane in the cup.
Game 4: can the children stack all of their candy canes in a pile with only one candy cane touching the table? Increase the challenge by adding a time limit.
