Instructions
Cut a small (hand-sized) hole in the end of each box.
Fill each box with identical items.
Teams will send a member up at a time to put their hand in the box to try to work out what items are inside.
Items cannot be taken outside of the box and you cannot look in through the hole or open the lid.
Teams may only have 1 member up at the box at a time.
Members need to remember what items they have felt, return to their team, and then write them down. The pencil/paper cannot be taken to the box.
At the end of the allotted time, leaders will reveal which items were in the box. Teams get a point for each item they have successfully found.
Variations:
*Deduct a point if teams have listed an item not in the box.
*Afterwards, this could develop into an activity looking at which items might be sensible to take on camp or on a hike.
*To be particularly cruel, consider adding multiple of the same item!
