Guarded Treasure Relay

Setup

Leader sits on a chair in the centre
Cones (treasure) are scattered in a circle around them
One soft dodgeball used for swinging
Two teams lined up a short distance away

How to Play

One Scout from each team runs in at a time
The leader slowly and predictably swings the dodgeball in a circle
Each Scout must:
Collect one cone only
Return to their team without being tagged

If a Scout is tagged

They must return the cone (or drop it) and go back to their team empty-handed

If a Scout succeeds

They bring the cone back and tag the next teammate

Resources

Cones
String/rope
Soft dodge ball/ or a balled up t-shirt/hoodie

Instructions
