Here’s a complete 1 hour 30 minute (90 min) programme you can run for Cubs or Scouts to cover typical International Badge requirements (learning about other countries, cultures, global awareness, and teamwork).
I’ve made it active, varied, and easy to run with minimal prep.
? International Badge Programme (90 Minutes)
⏱️ Overview
Ages: Cubs / Scouts
Duration: 1 hr 30 mins
Theme: “Around the World Adventure”
Objective: Learn about different countries, cultures, food, language, and global Scouting
? 1. Opening & Icebreaker (10 mins)
? “Where in the World?”
Show a world map (or project one)
Ask:
“Who’s been to another country?”
“Can anyone point to it?”
Quick Game:
Call out a country → young people run and point to it on the map

? 2. Passport Challenge (Main Activity) (45 mins)
Split into small groups and rotate around stations every ~10–12 minutes.
Give each group a “passport sheet” to stamp/mark at each station.

Match countries to traditions:

India → Diwali
Mexico → Day of the Dead
Try:
