Description

Scouts take a series of photos that tell a story.

Resources

Cameras - one per Patrol. Old school disposable film cameras or digital. Could probably use phone cameras if you're brave and have an easy way to get the photos out.
Large (A1 size or bigger) sheet of paper for final story.
Glue sticks & pens.

Instructions

Scouts have to devise a story and take photos to illustrate it. Limited to 24 photos.

After the meeting, upload photos to a photo printing site & order them.

Next week, each Patrol is given their photos, a large sheet of paper, glue stick & pens.

They have to place the photos in order and write captions to tell the story.

Extra info: when I first did this, we were issued with black & white Polaroid cameras and completed it on a PL training weekend. It's creative and fun! One of those activities that you think will be over and done in a few minutes but actually lasts quite a while.
