Squirrels will crouch like rockets, count down, then jump with a cheer!

- Clear space for running.

Instructions

1. Gather the Squirrels in a safe space where they can crouch comfortably.
2. Explain that they are going to pretend to be rockets.
3. Start a countdown from 10: "10…9…8…7…6…5…4…3…2…1…"
4. On "1," have them jump up and shout: "BLAST OFF!"
5. Encourage them to run around the room with excitement, acting like rockets flying away.
6. Repeat the countdown and jumping a few times, encouraging different styles such as a slow rocket, a wobbly rocket, and a spinning rocket.
