Instructions

Explain that we are playing a game that involves sitting down or jumping up if a statement tead out by a leader is true for them. Everyone should be honest and the game ends when only one person is left standing.

Examples (in any order)

Sit down if you've left a light on before you came to the meeting.

Sit down if you left the tap running when you brushed your teeth

Sit down if you left a tablet or game plugged in after it reached full charge.

Sit down if you stood with the refrigerator door wide open today just staring at the food.

Sit down if you take showers that last longer than a 5-minutes.

Sit down if you used a tablet or played video games for more than an hour today.

Sit down if you left a door open and let out all thr cool/warm air from your home.

Jump up if you are wearing a cozy sweater right now instead of turning up the heater/wearing lighter clothes instead of turning on a fan or ac.

Jump up if you read a book, drew a picture, or played outside today instead of using a screen.

Jump up if you know exactly where the recycling bin is in your house/area.

Jump up if you reminded someone else to turn off a light or unplug something this week.

At the end ask the Beavers if they noticed which of the two actions where energy saving and which were energy wasting actions and challenge them to remember all of them for each category.
