This document covers several of the requirements for the Guide Skin Care badge. The foot soak can also be used as a christmas gift/stall idea or for mothers day/ internatonal women's day

Resources

Foot Soak: Labels pre-printed and either ziploc bags or icing bags
2 cups Epsom salt
½ cup baking soda
Zest of one lime
Lime essential oil
Peppermint essential oil

Printouts of sheets - and for makeup page - i used chalk so they could practice 'blending' makeup

Mirror for face shape determination and tape measure

we finished all but the face masks in 90 minutes. as we have several guides with sensory issues, we chose sheet facemasks from penneys and discussed what ingredients someone 'could' use for a home made face mask. This proved both fun and inclusive!
