Introduction
This is a good game to encourage Brownies in teams to think of different ways to Lend a Hand

Instructions
• Unit makes 2 lines at opposite ends of the hall face each other
• One line are Old Men and the other Old Women
• Old Women walk up to Old Men and say
“Here comes the Old Women of the Woods”
• The Old Men ask “What can you do?”
• The old women tossing their heads “Oh anything”
• The Old Men say “Work any then”
• The Old Women act out something they have already chosen i.e. Washing dishes, hanging out clothes, digging the garden, cycling etc.
• They continue the action until the Old Men guess correctly what they are doing
• The Old Women are then chased by the Old Men to the end of the hall
• Anyone caught joins the opposite team
• Each team take every second turn E.G. next “Here comes the Old Men of the Forest”
