Instructions

Put one half of the group on one side of the room and the other half on the other. One group is team Fizz and the other is team Pop.
The Leader calls team Fizz and that group moves towards the Pop group. The Leader keeps calling Fizz, letting them get as close as possible before calling Pop. The Fizz team runs back to their side and the Pop team will try and catch them before getting back to their side.
Swap around to let the other team be team Fizz and repeat.
