Take part in a Brownie Guide Ring and Brownie Bells (Closing Ceremonies)

Instructions

Introduction
The Brownies will learn the Brownie opening and closing songs.
As a Leader you may choose to teach both the opening and closing
song explicitly to your pre-enrolment Brownies or alternatively the
pre-enrolment Brownies will learn the songs gradually, week by week,
as they hear the rest of the Pack singing the songs.

Note: Various groups may choose to perform these songs in a variety
of ways. Below is an outline of optional ways of closing a meeting following singing Brownie Bells

Instructions
Squeeze
• Brownies and Leaders all holding hands in a circle
• A Leader starts by squeezing the Brownies hand next to her on the right
• Brownie passes it on
• Only pass if you received it
• When Leader says STOP
• Brownie with the squeeze steps out of the circle and get ready to go home
• Continue until squeeze has returned to Leader

Anyone Who Had
• Leader says “you may leave the circle and go home anyone who had cornflakes for her breakfast”
• Continue until all Brownies have left the circle.
