Individually, as a Unit, or as a District, create a time capsule to reflect on how opportunities for girls are changing throughout the years. You can include a note like on the next page for future Girl Guides in your time capsule or you can create your own. Include an individual note from each girl which includes the same or similar questions and their answers.

Your time capsule can be buried at your meeting place or can be kept with a Leader for the future.
Make your time capsule from a glass jar, a recycled plastic bottle, or even an old metal flask and decorate how you would like.
