An Evening where the Explorer Scouts invite family and friends to come and hear all about what they have achieved over the year

Resources

Explorers to design an invite (digital) to send to those they intend to invite with means to RSVP to tally attendees

Explorers to put together the media presentation of activities, badges, finances and report these on the night

Explorers to plan, shop, prepare some snack/food to serve in the interim period

Explorers to plan, shop, prepare suitable drinks for the age range attending

Explorers to decide/book appropriate accommodation for the event

Explorers to plan and gather materials to add an element of fun to YP attending.

Explorers to plan and source gifts for a raffle, as a small fundraiser.

Instructions

Give Explorers the brief a few weeks prior.

Explorers divide into groups to choose a task and take responsibility for completing it.

All plans must be verified by a leader to ensure suitability

All recipes/invoices to be passed to leader to pay
