A variation on Rock, Paper, Scissors that's a great ice-breaker and gets everybody moving around and is very silly.

Instructions

Everybody starts as a Coconut. They crouch down (coconut shape) and waddle around until they meet another Coconut.

When two Coconuts meet, they play Rock, Paper, Scissors. The victor evolves to the next level, while the loser stays as a coconut and goes off in search of another coconut to play against.

The second level of evolution (for the victorious coconut) is that they transform into a Palm Tree (waving their arms around in the breeze). They walk around waving their arms until they meet another Palm Tree.

When two palm trees meet, they play Rock, Paper, Scissors. The victor evolves to the third level, while the loser reverts all the way back down to being a coconut and goes off in search of another coconut to play against.

The third level of evolution (for the victorious Palm Tree) is that they transform into a Volcano. They fire their arms out (lava) and make "psssh pssh" noises. They walk around firing out lava until they meet another Volcano.

When two Volcanoes meet, they play Rock, Paper, Scissors. The loser reverts all the way back down to being a coconut, while the victor evolves to be King Kahuna. They place their hands on their head like a crown, walking around until they meet another King Kahuna - they battle it out to see who is the victorious King Kahuna, and who goes back to being a coconut.
