Instructions

1. Setup equipment and prove video streaming to your computer. Consider the backdrop to the video capture area e.g. Club flag, organisation sign etc.
2. Arrange a video call either directly between parties or advertise to a group/community.
3. Consider a format when meeting parties e.g. Introduction, understanding location, exchanging ID, playing games. https://www.scout.org/news/conversation-starters
4. Be ready to receive the call, ensuring there are Adults present to guard against unexpected parties entering the call.
