Make a calzone pizza on open fire

Resources

Pizza dough
Cheese
pepperoni
ham
tomato puree
mayo
pineapple
mixed peppers
tin foil
oil

Instructions

Pizza dough prepped in advance
cubs to roll out dough into a round shape
place on greased tin foil
top with tomato puree
add cheese and desired toppings
fold in half, pinching the sides
wrap in foil
cook for 10-15mins on hot coals turning half way through

*if weather is windy/too wet - change to indoor cooking on hotplates
